1. Who we are

FlyToMama is a free cheap-flight alert service, operated from Montreal (Quebec, Canada), available at flytomama.com.

2. What the service does

FlyToMama continuously monitors flight fares from Canada to Africa published by the Aviasales / Travelpayouts network. When an attractive price appears, we send an e-mail alert to the relevant subscribers (based on their departure airport).

FlyToMama is NOT a travel agency. We do not sell tickets. We do not book for you. We do not issue tickets and are not a party to any transportation contract. We act only as an information aggregator and advertising affiliate of the Aviasales network.

3. Use of the service

By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are of legal age in your province or country of residence
The e-mail address provided belongs to you and you are authorized to receive communications at that address
Your use of the service is strictly personal and non-commercial
You will not use automated means (bots, scraping scripts) to access the service or sign up in bulk
You will not attempt to bypass technical protections, access administration areas, or inject malicious content

4. Free service and monetization

The service is entirely free for you. You pay nothing to sign up, nothing to receive alerts, nothing to browse the site's pages.

How we make money: when you click an alert link and complete a booking on the partner site, FlyToMama may earn an affiliate commission paid by that partner (Aviasales / Travelpayouts).

This commission has no impact on the price you pay: it is strictly identical to the price you would pay by going to the partner site directly, without using our links.

5. Price accuracy

The prices we display, whether on the site or in our alert e-mails, are those observed at a given moment by the Aviasales / Travelpayouts network. They may no longer be available by the time you click — airfares evolve constantly, sometimes within minutes.

The final price you will be charged is exclusively the one shown on the seller's site at the moment you confirm your booking. We have no control over this final price, nor over its availability.

We do not guarantee:

The actual availability of the displayed flights
That the price shown will be the price charged
The quality of the flight, the airline, or associated services
The cancellation, refund, or change conditions of the ticket
That the flight suits your personal situation (visas, vaccinations, schedule...)

6. Intellectual property

The name "FlyToMama", the logo, the texts, the visual identity, the non-open source code, and the original content of the site are the exclusive property of FlyToMama. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Other trademarks mentioned (Aviasales, Travelpayouts, airline names, destination names) belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

FlyToMama provides the service "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for:

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in prices, dates, airlines, or any other information published
Direct or indirect financial losses related to a booking made on a partner site after following one of our links
Service interruptions, e-mail delays, spam folder placement, non-receipt or late receipt of an alert
Any booking decision made based on our alerts, and the associated consequences (cancellations, upgrades, overbooking, delays, etc.)
The quality of service provided by airlines, travel agencies, or partner platforms

In any case, FlyToMama's total aggregate liability towards you, for any reason whatsoever, shall not exceed the amounts you have actually paid us over the last twelve months — i.e. zero (0) Canadian dollars, since the service is free.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (notably liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life or physical integrity).

8. Termination

You can unsubscribe at any time and without reason via the unsubscribe link present in the footer of every e-mail we send, or by writing to contact@flytomama.com. No questions will be asked.

FlyToMama reserves the right to suspend or remove a subscription in cases of manifest abuse (multiple signup attempts, fraudulent e-mail addresses, automated use, behaviour designed to harm the service) without notice and without a duty of detailed justification.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and, where applicable, the federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of or in connection with these terms or with the use of the service, which cannot be resolved amicably, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes

FlyToMama may modify these terms at any time. Any substantial change will be communicated by e-mail to subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, simply unsubscribe.
